Paola Nielsen-Lensgraf was born in Colombia, South America. She grew up in Barcelona, Spain where she finished high school and then moved to Asheville, NC. She received her Bachelor's degree from UNC-Asheville and then worked over 17 years in sales and marketing for top 500 fortune companies. In 2012 she moved to Knoxville, TN, where she married Dr. Alan Lensgraf.
What she likes the most about her job at Medi Spa at Choto is creating a friendly and personal environment with the most qualified staff that can deliver results.
Something personal about her: she's a fitness fanatic and has a passion for helping people improve their overall health and well being. She has been in the fitness industry since a very young age and competed in several bodybuilding and figure shows in the U.S. She also serves as a judge in some of these competitions.
On her time off she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her favorite hobbies are sleeping, exercising, going out on dates with her husband, and loving on all her fur-babies.
